Hello! My name is Sarah, Owner of Barefoot Travel, a local Niagara-based travel agency. In 2023, Italy stole my heart — the moment I set foot in this breathtaking country, I knew it had a piece of me forever. When I returned in 2024, Italy didn’t just steal my heart… it embedded itself deep within me. From the rolling hills and sun-drenched vineyards of Tuscany to the cobblestone streets of historic towns, every corner of Italy is stunning.
It’s not just the scenery — though that alone is enough to take your breath away — but the warmth of the people, the vibrancy of the culture, the aroma of freshly baked bread and simmering sauces, and the joyous, relaxed atmosphere that seems to infuse every piazza and café. I could go on and on, yet no words can truly capture the magic of being here.
Italy isn’t just a destination; it’s a feeling, an experience, a journey for all the senses. And now, I’m thrilled to share that experience with you — through a journey that combines the finest food, world-class wines, charming hilltop towns, and the iconic landscapes that make Tuscany unforgettable. Come explore Italy through my eyes and fall in love just as I did.

On this affordable Italy small-group adventure, Montecatini serves as your home base for exploring the stunning landscapes of Tuscany and its rich culinary and wine traditions.
