Just returned from a group tour to Costa Rica - group of 33 women! Sarah did a brilliant job of organizing the tour, booking excursions ahead of time, keeping us informed well ahead of payments being due, information & documents needed etc. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Booking with Sarah at Barefoot Travel was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She was easy to get a hold of and always answered us back within minutes with our endless questions. She was able to get my mother-in-law a room that took care of her mobility issues. Sarah arranged a beautiful room and we were delighted to be greeted to a beautiful room with a bottle of wine, a fruit tray and decorations. We were also surprised later on in the trip with some more treats on our anniversary. The hotel was fabulous and I would recommend her service and the hotel to all my friends and family. Thanks, Sarah, for providing these wonderful services and for helping to make our 10 anniversary so wonderful.

We used Sarah for our destination wedding in Mexico on June 19, 2019. From the very first email, she was so quick at responding. Once we had our phone call I knew she was the right travel agent for us. She was so friendly and informative. It didn't matter the time of day, she would answer any questions I had (and trust me I had a lot!!). She worked well with all of our guests (almost 50 guests) and we had no issues. Working with Sarah was so great! We very last minute decided to switch to a destination wedding, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. You definitely want someone who knows how to book groups and weddings, and Sarah is great with both. She made awesome suggestions for both the wedding resort and our honeymoon week.
