My husband and I just returned from The Riu Palace in Costa Rica. It was a 5 star holiday from beginning to end. In fact, the experience was great way before we even left! Sarah looked after all the arrangements, booked us a fabulous ocean view suite and explained everything we needed to know to make a week celebrating our 35-wedding anniversary just perfect! She even booked our seats for us...which were perfect. Thank you, Sarah, for helping a nervous traveler like me not have anything to worry about for a whole week!

Sarah has been such a help planning a couple of my trips including Italy, and most recently a family vacation to Punta Cana. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and assisted us along the way. She is very friendly and knowledgeable . Should she not know the answer she will source it out and find it for you! We used Sarah for our destination wedding in Mexico on June 19, 2019. From the very first email, she was so quick at responding. Once we had our phone call I knew she was the right travel agent for us. She was so friendly and informative. It didn't matter the time of day, she would answer any questions I had (and trust me I had a lot!!). She worked well with all of our guests (almost 50 guests) and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone! I have no regrets choosing her as our travel agent.

Sarah is always so patient with our group of friends and our relentless questions; back and forth e-mails, cost comparisons, weather information and changes in dates and other info. Love love loved our ocean view room this year....there are no words but 'the best'.

Sarah and I started planning together back in the summer. My fiance wanted a destination wedding, but we had NO idea where to start. With Sarah's recommendation, we chose the Melia Varadero Cuba. Best decision we made. From beginning to end, Sarah helped us through the process. She was quick answering my questions (and trust me...I asked A LOT) she was fun to talk to and made the planning so stress-free. She even contacted me upon our return congratulating us. You'd think she would just kind of forget about you after all was said and done.....but she hasn't.

Our group (and some) plan on returning back next year it was THAT good! And we're hoping Sarah will help us plan that excursion too.
