She was easy to get a hold of and always answered us back within minutes with our endless questions. She was able to get my mother-in-law a room that took care of her mobility issues. Sarah arranged a beautiful room and we were delighted to be greeted to a beautiful room with a bottle of wine, a fruit tray and decorations. Working with Sarah was great! She booked our Honeymoon at Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica. I have never booked a trip myself before, and after spending countless hours looking online at different resorts, and with our wedding day creeping up, I decided to contact her. (A client of mine had referred her to me) After a couple phone calls with Sarah, our honeymoon was booked and we didn’t have to worry about anything! She made the process very easy and stress free. She was able to get room block and group seating on the plane for us. Which made traveling way easier. She connected me with the on-site wedding coordinator and always checked in to make sure all my ideas and details were being communicated. Sarah was always available to talk if I got bride anxiety, and always made me feel calm after speaking to her. No surprises and the whole trip went very smooth. The week at the resort was the best vacation we had ever had. Sarah checked in while we were there to make sure everything was running smoothly.
